Wondering how we order our Crew Pages ? Simple, all our Crew are listed in Alphabetical Order, even the Crew Roles within the Departments. We offer the crew up fairly, you choose the crew.
1st 2nd 3rd Pencils
Jobs move around, change and morph - Equally a 1st Pencil is not a confirmation - a 2nd pencil still means you have a great chance of getting your desired Crew Member - confirm your person to get them on your job.
Crew Rates
We can advise you of a Crew Member’s standard daily rate, if they are happy for us to hold them, however any negotiation on rates must be held with the crew member directly.
Privacy
We take our Crew Member’s information seriously and their diary is no exception, we will not divulge details of a Crew Member’s other bookings or your bookings to other Production Companies.
Job Specs Change
Dates move, Stuff changes - Let us know if you are talking to the Crew Member directly; send us an e mail to update the booking and keep us and the crew member in the loop.
Shoot time
Send us the Production Book and daily callsheet, include First Pencil in the mail out. It’s great to have the info available in case the crew member has a comms disaster.
