Ian can’t believe his luck.
Originally from Norfolk in the UK, Ian left school to play football for Norwich City Football Club. Despite his love of scoring goals, his right brain was lured by Photography, Art School, Film School and on to build a career in the Film Industry.
Left and right brain combined and over time, Ian has become a globally respected 1st AD, working with renowned producers, directors and crew on endless varieties of projects all around the world.
Ian’s aim is to enable calm, efficient working environments and spaces to create amazing projects.
Ian loves being based in New Zealand, an incredible spot to raise his three boys. He thinks the New Zealand crew are some of the best in the world, every day a different challenge but always an amazing team.
